Back Forward

Our enterprise business is oriented towards project management, supervision of construction projects, fulfillment of customer representatives’ functions and consultancy in various stages of project – both in drawing up of business plans and elaboration, coordination of building projects, as well as in selection of main contractor and, of course, assistance during performance of building works, take-over and commissioning. Main emphasis is put on an optimal use of money resources and a maximum client’s business profit. For such a model of realization of building projects there are an evident advantage – in realization of the building project involved there is the third, independent party, which becomes as Customer’s representative and an impartial certifier (engineer in terms of FIDIC).

In order the Customer would not remain in the role of an observer and for its invested money would receive a relevant final result, he concludes a mutual contract with consultant who will take over functions of the customer’s representative and effects supervision of realization of the project. Project Manager (consultant) is not a contractual party in the building works contract, but he concludes an agreement with the Customer in order to perform obligations set forth in the Contract.

As customer’s representative, Project Manager is responsible for preparation of the project, for contract documentation, as well as for a detailed elaboration of tasks in order there would be ensured an efficient project and building works administration. Project Manager is as an impartial certifier who substantiates any decision, in case of dispute, on basis of technical arguments by impartially assessing circumstances. Project Manager undertakes acceptance of any mutual documents taking place between the Customer and Main Contractor, as well as bears responsibility for operation and fulfillment of liabilities of the parties involved.
